Our People in the Office

   Tami Espich, Founder/Owner

      Tami is the sole owner that makes and handles every day decisions regarding the function and day-to-day operations of the business.  In 1999 when she decided to start her home healthcare business, she was determined that ‘my entire fully trained staff of compassionate caregivers would deliver the same attention and loving care that I provided to my grandmother in the last years of her life.’

   JaLynne Thayer, Services Coordinator/Shiawassee County

      JaLynne supervises and schedules services within Shiawassee County staff.  She is the VA point of contact and oversees private billing.  She has a CNA license with the State of Michigan, as well as a Phlebotomy and PCT license.

   Leah Barnes-Smith, Payroll and Services Coordinator/Genesee County

Leah oversees the hiring, scheduling, and billing of services provided in Genesee County.  She also handles payroll.
